1. Site selection: Firstly, the place for placing the machine shall be selected, and the ground in the area shall be flat (leveled or supplemented if uneven); the space for operation and maintenance shall be reserved, and the convenience of power connection shall be ensured (if cleaning and dust removal are required, the water and air connection positions shall be found). According to different requirements, the space for placing the feeder or other front and rear machines shall be reserved, and the site shall be cleaned before placing.

二．Installation steps of horizontal mixer
Once everything is ready, the following describes the steps for formal installation:
1. Use forklifts, aerial cranes, and other equipment to send the machine to the preset position, align the machine body, and align with the foundation holes.
2. Use a level gauge to level the machine from front to back and from left to right, and then thread and tighten the foundation screws to prevent the machine body from shaking.
3. Install the motor and reducer (note that the coupling must be aligned), and connect the reducer with the flange of the mixing shaft.

Solution: It indicates that the whole machine is installed unevenly or the frame’s body is loose. First, measure the front, back, left, and right sides of the machine with a level gauge. Flatten the lower position with an iron sheet, and ensure that the four anchors are stressed and cannot be suspended; then check the frame for loose screws and cracked welds.
2. Large vibration and abnormal sound of motor and reducer during operation
Solution: The motor and the reducer are not aligned when connected through the coupling and need to be aligned again. Note that the gap around the two coupling halves should be uniform and the width should be the same, and then rotate it by hand to see whether it is still stuck and whether there is abnormal noise.
3. Stirring shaft rotates in wrong direction after startup
Solution: It indicates that the three-phase electric phase sequence is reversed during wiring. Exchange the wiring position of the live wire.
四．Precautions for use of horizontal mixer

1. Check and clean the mixing drum before and after each use to prevent the residual hard objects in the drum from damaging the machine. Check and clean the outlet to avoid blocking.
