On December 8, 2025, Emma, the purchasing director of CandyLab Candy Company in the UK, sent an inquiry to OrangeMech through the industry platform, asking about the related information of soft candy manufacturing. CandyLab is a small- and medium-sized manufacturer specializing in creative handmade fudge in the UK and has a good reputation in the regional market.
In the past two years, the business volume has been rising continuously, and the original semi-manual mode of CandyLab has begun to expose the double shortcomings of efficiency and accuracy. It is difficult for operators to keep the weight of each soft candy at the same level only by visual inspection and hand feeling to control the pouring amount of syrup. 1. On March 10th, 2026, the equipment arrived at the SweetForm factory. The next morning, the technicians of CandyLab operated by themselves according to the installation instruction video provided by the official website. The unpacking and debugging were quickly completed, and the trial production was started, and then it was put into formal production smoothly.
五、Customer Feedback
After 35 days of continuous operation of the 3D soft candy production line, CandyLab sent a feedback email on gummy candy production.
1. The steam sugar boiling pot makes the heating link no longer delay the rhythm due to seasonal changes, and the waiting time between batches is obviously shortened. The precise control brought by the servo motor is embodied in each soft candy, and the weight deviation of the same batch of products is very small, and the pattern edge of 3D modeling can also be kept intact.
2. The dustproof cover plate of the oil injection mechanism solves the old problem of oil mist diffusion, and the workshop environment is obviously improved.
