I. Working principle


The working principle of a chocolate ball mill is to gradually refine the chocolate raw material particles through steel ball grinding while uniformly mixing the various components, making the chocolate texture delicate and smooth in taste.

II. Installation steps of ball mill machine for chocolate

Before installation, it is necessary to prepare installation tools such as power cords, utility knives, wire strippers, Phillips screwdrivers, level rulers, adjustable wrenches, hydraulic carts, etc.

1. Use a hydraulic truck to transport the chocolate ball mill to the installation location.

2. Use a level and an adjustable wrench to adjust the feet of the chocolate ball mill, ensuring the equipment is level. Tighten the feet to prevent shaking during operation.

3. For the chocolate ball mill, the sandwich layer and pipeline insulation water tank must be filled with water before operation. Heating is prohibited without water to prevent damage to the heating tube. The inlet pipe of the sandwich layer should be connected to the outlet of the chiller, and the outlet pipe should be connected to the chiller’s inlet.

4. Use a utility knife and wire stripper to remove the insulation from both ends of the power cable and connect it with a crimp terminal. Secure the power cable to the equipment and power control cabinet using a screwdriver, and tighten the screws. Turn on the power switch and check if the motor rotation is right. If incorrect, swap the positions of any two live wires.

III. Common installation problems and solutions

1. The machine shakes during operation

Solution: Use a spirit level to check if the equipment is level, and do not adjust the feet horizontally.   

2. The equipment cylinder body vibrates or makes loud noise

Solution: Check if there are too many or broken steel balls in the cylinder body and replace them.    

3. Abnormal noise from equipment bearings

Solution: Check if the bearing is short on oil or if there is excessive dust in the interior, clean the dust in a timely manner, replenish lubricating grease, or replace the bearing with a new bearing.

4. There is static electricity on the surface of the equipment

Solution: Check if the electrical cabinet box is installed with a ground wire and if the connection is secure.

5. Chocolate leakage from equipment

Solution: Check if the pipeline joints are loose and if there are sealing gaskets during installation.

6. Chocolate sauce temperature cannot be lowered or cools down slowly

Solution:
1. Check if the temperature setting is correct.

2. Check if the connection between the chiller and the ball mill pipeline is correct.

7. Chocolate sauce has a metallic odor

Solution: The first use of the new machine is considered normal, as there may be residual metal debris inside the new machine, and if there is any odor in the future, a strong magnetic filter can be installed.

8. Chocolate sauce does not circulate

Solution:
1. Check if the rotor pump is stuck and if the motor direction is correct

2. Check if there is solidified chocolate in the pipeline. If so, turn off the rotary pump and turn on the pipeline insulation. Wait for the chocolate to melt before starting the cycle.

IV. Precautions for using ball mill machine for chocolate

1. The machine needs to be installed on a level ground or tabletop to prevent vibration during operation.

2. Before connecting the power, it is necessary to confirm whether the voltage specifications of the power supply match the equipment and whether the equipment needs to be connected to the ground wire.

3. If any abnormal noise is found during work, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection, and it is prohibited to carry out troubleshooting with it powered on.

4. During equipment production, avoid mechanical movement causing personal injury. In case of emergency, please press the emergency stop button.

5. Before starting up, add water to the insulation water tank of the cylinder body interlayer and pipeline. When using, pay attention to the water level and do not heat without water.

6. Use cooking oil to clean the equipment tank and prohibit the use of water to prevent chocolate from spoiling.

7. After the equipment stops production, the main power and chiller should be turned off.

8. Regularly check the wear of steel balls and replace broken and severely worn balls in a timely manner.

9. The equipment needs to be regularly checked for lubrication, lubricated with grease and oil, and have screws tightened regularly.
