The following is how our automation system transforms raw materials into high-quality packaged pet food step by step: corn or wheat enters a dust-free pulverizer and is pulverized into fine powder. Then, the corn flour is mixed with fish meal and bone meal by an automatic powder mixer until the formula is uniform and balanced. The mixture enters a twin-screw extruder to apply high pressure and accurate cooking temperature, so that the particles expand and form. After baking, pressing and molding, it is made into granules. The oven and cooling conveyor belt (4 KW) are of multi-layer structure, which saves space and can run continuously. The drum spray mixer (3.8 KW, 0–6 L/MIN) is equipped with four universal wheels with adjustable feet, which is convenient for you to move it to the required position and fix it.
