The working principle of OrangeMech’s ice cream cone-making machine equipment in the workshop: First, the prepared batter is accurately fed into the heating plate by a special metering pump. When the main system rotates, the top heating plate will automatically close to the preset disc thickness. After baking under uniform heating, the batter forms a hot, plastic sheet. Subsequently, the operator directly sends the freshly baked sheet into the roller mold to form the finished product. After cooling and demoulding, the finished product can fall off the output line smoothly. You can choose the heating mode: electric heating is cleaner and more convenient to control. If the production capacity is large and you want to reduce the operating cost, you can switch to gas heating. Either way, the process is the same, but the fuel is different.

Adjustable Thickness
The thickness and size of ice cream cone-making machine pancakes can be completely adjusted, ranging from 0.5 to 4 mm in thickness and from 7 to 20 cm in width – just adjust the die and cylinder stroke, and the same machine can switch between different cone styles.
