The Orange Mech Banana Chips Production Line is a set of automatic industrial-grade processing equipment specially designed for the production of snack banana chips, which can be used for continuous banana slicing, frying, seasoning, and packaging. The purpose is to reduce your labor costs, reduce waste, improve production efficiency, lower overall production costs, and provide stable quality for commercial banana chip manufacturers.

The banana chip production line starts from banana conveying and cleaning and is sent to the banana peeler. The skinned bananas are conveyed to the quantitative hopper through the banana slicer elevator and then enter the deep fryer. After banana slices are fried, they enter the deoiling machine, which removes excess oil. The seasoning machine equipped with automatic three-part oil injection at the back begins to season, and finally the seasoned banana slices arrive at the conveyor. If you want to realize integrated production and processing and package finished products, the back end can be connected with a packaging machine.

The whole production process includes a banana peeler, a banana slicer, an elevator, a quantitative hopper, a fryer, a deoiler, a seasoning machine, a conveyor, and a packaging machine. The whole process ensures the consistency of product taste and optimizes banana chip production costs.

Banana Slicer

The banana slicer has a capacity of 300 kg/h, a weight of 100 kg, and a low power of only 1.5 kW, which can save energy consumption. It is responsible for slicing fresh bananas, and the slice thickness can be flexibly adjusted according to requirements. The cut banana slices are flat and even in thickness and retain the nutritional components of bananas, which is the most important first process in the whole banana chips production line.

Hoist

It can lift 500-1000 kg/h of banana slices and is responsible for lifting the cut banana slices to the quantitative hopper and then conveying them to the frying machine. The connection is compact and smooth, reducing the breakage rate of materials in the process of transshipment and ensuring continuous production.

Frying Machine

A gas-heated frying machine, which heats up rapidly by gas combustion, is equipped with an intelligent temperature control and speed regulation system. Through the coordination of temperature and conveying speed, banana slices are golden in color and crisp in taste. Accurate temperature control can also effectively reduce energy consumption, which is the core link when many customers pay attention to banana chip production cost.

Vibrating Screen

The freshly fried banana slices are treated by oil drainage, and the excess oil is screened out as clean as possible through vibration so that the finished products are more refreshing and non-greasy and are more conducive to subsequent storage.

Air Cooling Device
