一. The composition of the cotton candy production line

1. Boiling System:

Composed of a sugar boiling tank, a stirring tank, and a storage tank, the front-end equipment of the marshmallow maker machine. The boiling pot can be heated either by electricity or steam. It generates a high temperature to heat and stir the raw materials, forming a uniform sugar solution. The stirring pot mainly serves to cool and stir the sugar solution. The pot body adopts a double-layer structure, and circulating cooling water is introduced to cool the sugar solution. After cooling, auxiliary materials are added and stirred evenly. The storage pot is mainly used to store the boiled sugar solution. It maintains the fluidity of the sugar solution through slow stirring and insulation.

2. Dispensing System:

Composed of dispensing mechanisms, it is one of the key pieces of equipment in the cotton candy production line. Its main function is to rapidly mix the boiled sugar solution with air, and through the stator and rotor, perform high-speed shearing and emulsification on the sugar solution to form a uniform, fine, and stable foam structure. By controlling temperature, pressure, and speed, it ensures the uniformity and consistency of the fluffy state and guarantees the taste and shape of the cotton candy when it enters the mouth.

3. Conveying System:

The entire conveying system is divided into liquid conveying, pneumatic conveying, and mechanical conveying. Liquid conveying mainly involves the use of rotor pumps and screw pumps to transfer hot and viscous sugar liquid from the boiling system to the whipping system. Pneumatic conveying mainly involves the use of compressed air generated by air compressors to be delivered to the whipping machine to inflate the whipped sugar liquid. Mechanical conveying mainly consists of motors, reducers, etc., which drive the conveyor belt to transport the finished products out.

5. Control System:

The entire production line is equipped with a PLC automatic control system and a touch-screen human-machine interface. All operations of the entire production line can be completed on the screen. The processes such as boiling, stirring, whipping, shaping, cooling, and conveying can be directly set on the screen for temperature, speed, pressure, and time. All links are interconnected, the operation is simple, the operation is stable, the produced products have uniform quality, and the production efficiency is high.

6. Pouring system:

The marshmallow pouring molding machine is the key equipment for the final shaping of marshmallows. It is responsible for pouring the whipped marshmallows into the mold, and the shape, volume, and amount of pouring can all be achieved through this pouring molding machine.

二. The production process of the cotton candy line

water, syrup, and white granulated sugar in a certain proportion, and process them into sugar liquid at 110℃ through heating, boiling, and stirring in the sugar boiling tank. When the sugar liquid becomes particle-free and clear, transfer it to the stirring tank through a rotor pump. Cool the sugar liquid to about 70°C with the interlayer water in the stirring tank, then add gelatin and flavoring, and fully stir and dissolve them. Then transfer the sugar liquid to the storage tank through a rotor pump for heat preservation and storage, waiting for the next step.

Later, transfer the heat-preserved sugar liquid evenly to the whipping machine through a screw pump. The motor drives the high-speed rotation of the rotor in the whipping head, and the compressed air from the air compressor is fully mixed with the sugar liquid in the whipping head. After whipping, the sugar liquid forms a fluffy foam. Check the density of the whipped sugar liquid through the sampling port. If it meets the requirements, it is transferred to the casting and molding machine (if different colors are needed, a pigment mixer can be added before entering the casting and molding machine, and the pigment is injected into the pipeline through a pigment pump to color the cotton candy). The cotton candy is cast and molded at a set weight, pressure, and speed and then sprinkled with powder and cooled to produce soft and delicious cotton candy.

三. Precautions for the cotton candy production line

1. Confirm that the voltage of the connected line matches that of the production line to avoid machine damage caused by voltage mismatch.

2. Before starting the production, check whether all the connection parts of the machines are loose. If any are loose, tighten them.

3. Before production, check the rotation direction of the motor. If the direction is incorrect, make adjustments promptly.

4. The water tank of the industrial chiller needs to be filled with water in advance. Check whether all the water channels are unobstructed and there is no water leakage.

5. After production is completed, carefully clean the marshmallow machine and pipelines to prepare for the next production.
